Tennessee is a 5 year old neutered black bi male Aussie, about 50 pounds. He is a reserved boy, does seem to prefer women over men, has been okay with the other dogs but is a little too interested in the cats. He is housebroken and crate trained, and has gone through a basic obedience class and done very well (of course ;]). He has a high drive to please *his* owner - a very loyal boy. He can be a bit anxious, would not do well in a high human traffic home or alone long periods of time, needs someone that is experienced with the breed and has the time and energy to devote to him - he will give it back 1000%.
Teddy is about one old, Aussie mix (w/Golden ??) neutered male - a BIG boy. He is great with the other dogs, very playful, fine with my cats, does well on the leash - loves going to Petsmart ;} He is a friendly boy but still a good watchdog, crate trained, doing well in the house, LOVES to carry things around and does chew quite a bit. He can be food protective with other dogs but has not given me any problem with it at all. He does love to dip his face in water, not sure if he is looking for goldfish or what ;}, so has a tendency to drip water all over the place -- he and Joley and Dutch all have wayyyyy too much fun in the water around here!

Maria is a 7 year old spayed Aussie mix female looking for a home. On the reserved side, she can be slow to warm up to strangers - not aggressive, just not the kind of girl to go up to just anyone. With other dogs she is on the dominant side, so although she can get along with some, we would prefer a home with no other female dogs, possibly even as an only dog. click here to see more pictures and information about her
At 17 years and 7 months old, Miss Gussie passed away peacefully here at home. She will be missed by all .... stubborn to the end, with a will to be admired, I should be so lucky to have her stamina and heart.

Collie mix. She is housebroken, crate trained, fine with other dogs,
cats, kids, but she can be sound sensitive, so not a good choice for a home
near a military base or one that gets a lot of thunder.

- may have some APBT in him, we have no idea! A very sweet boy,
about 70 pounds, crate trained, housebroken, great watchdog, LOVES to
go jogging. Nervous of young kids, but fine with teens/adults, prefers

Gabriel is a 13 yr old neutered male that was bailed out of a shelter as a one year old, adopted, but then a few years ago came back as his owners moved into an apartment for their own health reasons and he couldn't adjust to apartment living...too protective for such close quarters and he ended up nipping a few people...here, we mostly have dogs visit, not people!
